They harrased the wrong guy this time!!!

ok..im in bed thursday morning right? since im 1 of those night workers, thats when i sleep..anyhow..my phone is just blowing up all day..same damn number.
i just ignore it or send it straight to voice mail cause i know its somebody selling something or what have you.
anyway, around 4 yesterday (thursday ) afternoon, it rings..AGAIN..and i finally answer it. i have somebody on the other end with a 'business opportunity blah blah'. i respond as politely as i can that im not at all interested and ask em to not call back.
heres where it gets good...this fucker REFUSES to remove me from the call list, and tells me they're gonna keep calling until i listen to them.
ok..by now you can probably guess my kind demeanor is wearing thin..i answer..again...TRYING to be civil..that i aint in. this mother fucker tells me..i quote:
'you gonna sit there and listen to me say what i say!!' ok..thats it..i blow my fucking top and call him everything but a yard dog and he STILL demands that i listen. he says 'we gonna keep calling you no matter what..'
heh..i hang up after telling him mothers a whore, among other things..the asshole calls BACK!! ya know what..ive HAD it. im already on several do not call lists and i google the number, and theres tons of people these fuckers have bothered..well..guess what?
they jumped on the wrong cowboy this time. ive already talked to a friend whose a detective plus the better business bureau is getting a call today, along with the number. if it takes me til the day i die..im gonna make these sumbitches wish theyd never dialed my damn number.

My thoughts exactly. At least try to record the calls so we can play them on air.
I think it's generally understood that this sort of thing is not legal, the way he responded. Telemarketers that call from a legitimate company are required to give you a company phone number to call. This is the main way to find out of a telemarketer is legit or not.
I'm sure if you play along, you'll be able to get an address from this person. (If he has somewhere to send the money to... like a P.O. box, then he can be caught. If he wants you to electronically send him the money, then you can get his bank info that way.)
If he has called other people, someone probably has submitted this number to the F.B.I. by now, and you can join in on the action to the investigation already being undertaken. If not, you'd be doing everyone in the country a bit of good by contacting the F.B.I., and beginning an investigation on this person.
I'm pretty sure harassing people with a fake business like this is a felony, and this person would be getting alot of jail time (like he deserves) if he is caught.
oh dont worry my friend..if i have to rearrange the furniture in hell to stick it to this fucker, bet on it being done!!
I came across your blog by accident and I normally do not blog, but this number has got me irrate, I asked them to take me off their list and to give me a supervisor and he told me that he would get me supervisor if I told him that I love him, he would get me a supervisor, and I said get me a blank supervisor now, I have done telemarketing in the past and you have the right to speak to a supervisor, and obviously, he was an idiot from so foreign country, I hope your detective friend can catch the idiots and put a stop to it.
